Close to the City Hall, the ancient building has been lately restored and furnished with a particular care for good taste and comfort.
An excellent accommodation for groups and families: the first floor is composed of two rooms which, if desired, can form an independent apartment, with a spacious and bright double-bed room and a single room. There is also the possibility of adding one more bed.
The other floors offer very intimate rooms, restored in characteristic Chianti style, all with private bathroom and shower.
Every room offers beds with orthopaedic mattress, independent heating system and beautiful bathrooms.
On the ground floor, under the opening of a stone arch dating back to the thirteenth century, you can admire one of the very first buildings in town, where, since the Middle Ages, the renowned smiths from Castelnuovo produced very big nails called "bullette".
Beyond the arch is a large common dining room, with a large chestnut-wood table with bench, TV, a refrigerator, an electric range and all the needed utensils for cooking a meal at any hour.
The caring management assures an careful, daily cleaning.
The building has an inner courtyard where to less than 50 meters away is a wide and safe car-park.
