Casale Eva in the heart of Tuscany, was built in the 14th century.
Surrounded by olive groves with a splendid view of the medieval town of Siena, only 15 minutes away, the historic house exudes a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Casale Eva is situated between the Chianti and the Crete Senesi, a hilly landscape of unusual beauty.
The nearest village is Castelnuovo Berardenga (10 Min. by foot).
Eva, the present owner, discovered the house in 1988 and restored the buildings and its surroundings. All the original Tuscan features have been carefully preserved and at the same time all modern amenities included for comfortable stay.
Within a 60-70 km radius there are the towns of Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Montepulciano and Arezzo.
All rooms are in Tuscan style with original wooden ceilings and traditional Terra-cotta floors. Each is individually furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques and modern comfort.
